MADISON, WI - February 1, 2023: SmartUQ, a machine learning and uncertainty quantification software company, announced the addition of Godfrey B “Win” Warren, an expert in the energy industry, as a new advisor.
Warren currently serves as an advisor to and investor in a number of early-stage companies focusing on energy transition initiatives.
From 2013 to 2020, Warren served as a Senior Advisor for Noble Energy. Prior to his time with Noble Energy Warren spent 10 years with Devon Energy in Senior Advisor and Project Director roles.
In total Warren has over 40 years’ experience in the international energy sector, with broad- based commercial and transactional management and corporate development expertise. His experience base ranges from major multinational corporations to independents and start-ups and encompasses every region of the world – with responsibilities including strategic planning, business development, investment evaluation, corporate and project financing, portfolio management, commercial negotiations, acquisitions and divestitures (including major merger and acquisition transactions), and government relations.
